Context. A UK domiciliary care provider needed better digital and operational systems to support the day-to-day work of delivering care. The brief was practical, not glamorous: less manual overhead, more reliable process.

Role. I designed and built the digital and operational systems involved, working close to how the team actually delivers care day to day.

Craft. Practical software delivery, process design, and automation applied to a real operational setting, where reliability matters more than novelty.

Outcome. Cleaner operational systems that reduced manual overhead for the team, delivered through practical software and automation. Qualitative by design — no client figures are published for this anonymised engagement.
